| Home What We Do PocketSchool
Seeds of Empowerment projects are based on the premise of the PocketSchool action research project.
PocketSchool was originated from a Stanford University School of Education
action research project with a focus on mobile education innovations.
It was designed to increase basic educational access for children in
extremely underserved communities, where there is little or no presence
of formal schooling facilities or literate adults.
PocketSchool is
not a name of a device or application but a global initiative to raise
the public awareness of world-wide education inequalities, make an
alliance to counter the inequalities, and develop methods to equalize
educational access through mobile innovations.
Seeds of Empowerment implements, executes and researches based on the PocketSchool action research project. | |
